Brand Style Guide — Dr. Lillian Eubuen

Dr. Eubuen hails from the Philippines and has a deep love for the culture and natural beauty of her country. I built the visual language of her brand inspired by the colors, flora, and indigenous textiles of the Philippines. Here is a sampling of a few pages from the final brand style guide along with the brand mood board.


B.A. in Design Student Exhibition

Logo, poster, signage, email, and social media design for exhibition. I worked closely with the B.A. Design department head and exhibition designer to create the branding for the show. The logotype is hand drawn and influenced by the exhibition design which featured curvilinear forms and quirky color combinations. The high contrast images of the designers were treated with two ultra pigmented colors overlapping to create a third unexpected color.


Cayana Hotel Identity

I was asked by a team of international hoteliers to create a brand identity for a 5-Star Hotel in Caracus, Venezuela. The name “cayana” translates to “hybiscis flower” so I worked with a variety of forms to emulate this classic tropical beauty. The final logo is a flower represented by a repeated circular motif of red “C”s.
